A new manuscript titled "Reliability based Multi-objective Robust Design Optimization of Steel Moment Resisting Frame Considering Spatial Variability of Connection Parameters,” is accepted for publication in Elsevier's Engineering Structures Journal.

Matthew Egeberg has successfully completed his masters degree requirements. 

Jerry Luo has accepted a tenure-track position at University of Akron. 

Garrison Stevens and Dr. Atamturktur presented at the LABEX Workshop Model-based design, validation, and monitoring of structures under severe uncertainty in Besancon, France. 

Dr. Atamturktur has received the 2014 Murray Stokely Award for Excellence in Teaching. 

A new manuscript titled "Defining Coverage of an Operational Domain Using a Modified Nearest-Neighbor Metric,” is accepted for publication in Elsevier's Journal of Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing.

Sifeng Bi has received the CSC Scholarship from the Republic of China to join the CUIDEAS research group for one year, starting from September 2013. Welcome Sifeng to our research group.

The youngest member of our team, Brandon Derin Atamturktur Russcher was born on August 3rd, 2012. 

Dr. Atamturktur has received educational funds from the National Concrete Masonry Association to support the Masonry Structural Design course she will be offering in the Spring 2013.

Glenn Department of Civil Engineering has received a new grant titled "Graduate Training in Engineering and Managing Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure,” through Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need (GAANN). The proposal was submitted by a team of Clemson researchers including Dr. Atamturktur.
